Log your match
After every game, open RefLedger and add the match details: date, competition, teams, your role (REF / AR / 4TH), fee, and mileage. It takes under 15 seconds.
You can also record who pays (home club, away club, league, county FA) and the payment method, so you always know where to chase.
See who owes you
Your dashboard shows all outstanding payments front and centre. Each unpaid match is clearly marked with the amount owed and the date it was played.
Totals are calculated automatically — total earned, total unpaid, total mileage, and average fee per match.
Chase payment with one click
For every unpaid match, click 'Chase Payment' to copy a professional, pre-written reminder message to your clipboard.
Paste it straight into a WhatsApp message, email, or text — no awkward wording needed. The message includes the match details and amount owed.
Monitor your promotion progress
The Promotion Dashboard tracks your season against FA requirements: games completed, observations received, and misconduct reports filed.
Visual progress bars show exactly where you stand at any point in the season, with colour-coded alerts when you're approaching limits.
